1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fansXitet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Creators must verify their identity and age before posting content. This verification is required by law and helps ensure the safety of our community.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Creator Accounts

Creators who post content on the platform agree to:

• Complete identity verification before posting
• Maintain accurate records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257
• Only post content featuring themselves or individuals who have provided verified consent
• Not post any illegal content
• Accept the platform fee of 15% on all earnings

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content involving minors in any capacity
• Non-consensual content
• Content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Content that violates any applicable laws
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Creator Payouts

Creators earn 85% of all revenue from subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view content. Payouts are processed within 5 business days of request, subject to a minimum balance of $20.00.

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By posting content, you grant fansXitet a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

fansXitet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
