How do I subscribe to a creator?
Visit the creator's profile page and click the "Subscribe" button. You'll be prompted to enter your payment information to complete the subscription. Once subscribed, you'll have access to all their exclusive content.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Subscriptions page, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I message creators?
Yes! Once you're subscribed to a creator, you can send them direct messages. Some creators may also accept messages from non-subscribers for a fee.
How do tips work?
You can send tips to show extra appreciation for creators you love. Tips are one-time payments that go directly to the creator (minus platform fees). You can tip any amount you choose.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and work with trusted payment processors. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Subscriptions page, find the subscription you want to cancel, and click "Cancel". You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
For Creators
How do I become a creator?
Sign up for an account and select "Creator" as your account type, or upgrade your existing fan account. You'll need to verify your identity and agree to our creator terms before you can start posting.
How much can I charge for subscriptions?
You can set your subscription price anywhere from $4.99 to $49.99 per month. You can also offer free subscriptions and monetize through tips and pay-per-view content.
What percentage do I keep?
Creators keep 80% of all earnings (subscriptions, tips, and PPV content). The 20% platform fee covers payment processing, hosting, and platform maintenance.
How do payouts work?
You can request a payout once you've earned at least $20. Payouts are processed weekly and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your payout method.
What content can I post?
You can post photos, videos, and text content. All content must comply with our Terms of Service. Adult content is permitted for verified creators, but illegal content is strictly prohibited.
How do I grow my audience?
Promote your FansXite on your social media, engage with your subscribers through messages and comments, post consistently, and offer a mix of free preview content and exclusive subscriber-only content.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and select "Delete Account". Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions will be cancelled.
Is my activity private?
Yes, your subscription and activity information is private. Creators can see who subscribes to them, but this information is not public to other users.
